This Privacy Policy explains how Harshil Parekh, operating under Mishv Infotech ("we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use the One Click Garage mobile application ("the App"). One Click Garage is a garage management application designed for automobile service centres in India.

The App requires an active internet connection to function. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.


1 Information We Collect

One Click Garage collects the following categories of information to deliver garage management functionality:

a) Garage Owner / Staff Information

  • Name, email address, and phone number of the garage owner or staff members who register and use the App.
  • Business name and address of the automobile service centre.

b) Customer Information

Garage staff enter the following customer details into the App when creating job cards or service records:

  • Customer name, phone number, and email address.
  • Customer address (if provided).

c) Vehicle Information

  • Vehicle registration number.
  • Vehicle make, model, and year.
  • Service history, job card details, and repair notes.

d) Invoice & Job Card Data

  • Service descriptions, parts used, labour charges, and invoice amounts.
  • Invoice date and job card number.

e) App Usage Data

  • Device type, operating system version, and app version.
  • Crash logs and error reports used to improve app stability.

The App does not collect your location, camera/photos, microphone, or any biometric data. No payment gateway is integrated.

2 How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to provide and improve the One Click Garage application. Specifically:

  • To create, manage, and track job cards and service records for vehicles.
  • To generate and send invoices to customers via WhatsApp.
  • To send OTP verification messages to users via WhatsApp for authentication.
  • To send job card details and service updates to customers via WhatsApp.
  • To maintain a service history database for vehicles at your garage.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
  • To improve app performance, fix bugs, and enhance features.
  • To comply with legal obligations under Indian law, including the IT Act 2000 and the DPDP Act 2023.

We do not use customer or vehicle data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the App's core garage management features.

3 Internet Access & Data Transmission

One Click Garage requires an active internet connection to function. Internet access is used for the following purposes:

  • Syncing job cards, service records, and invoices with our secure servers.
  • Sending OTPs and notifications via WhatsApp.
  • Delivering invoices and job cards to customers via WhatsApp.
  • Fetching app updates and configuration data.

Important: Without an internet connection, core features of the App will not be available. Data entered while offline may not be saved until connectivity is restored.

All data transmitted over the internet is protected using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

4 Third-Party Services (WhatsApp)

One Click Garage integrates with WhatsApp as its sole third-party communication service. WhatsApp is used for:

  • OTP delivery – Sending one-time passwords to garage staff for login verification.
  • Job card sharing – Sending job card details to customers on their registered WhatsApp number.
  • Invoice delivery – Sending generated invoices to customers via WhatsApp.

When messages are sent via WhatsApp, the customer's phone number is used to deliver the message. WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy governs how WhatsApp handles message data. We recommend reviewing WhatsApp's Privacy Policy at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not use any other third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or payment gateways within the App.

5 Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), we process personal data on the following grounds:

  • Consent – Garage owners and staff provide consent when registering and using the App. Customer data is entered by garage staff in the course of providing an automotive service.
  • Contractual necessity – Processing is necessary to fulfil the garage management service you have engaged us to provide.
  • Legitimate interests – Processing to improve app stability, prevent fraud, and ensure security of systems.
  • Legal obligation – Processing required to comply with Indian laws and regulations, including tax and accounting requirements.

6 Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • WhatsApp – Customer phone numbers are used solely to deliver OTPs, job cards, and invoices as described in Section 4.
  • Hosting & infrastructure providers – Server and cloud hosting vendors who store app data, bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements – If required by law, court order, or governmental authority under Indian law.
  • Business transfers – In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent – For any other purpose, only with your explicit prior consent.

All third-party vendors we work with are required to handle data securely and only for the specific purposes we specify.

7 Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy or as required by Indian law.

After the applicable retention period, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

8 Security of Your Information

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between the App and our servers.
  • Restricted access to personal data on a need-to-know basis within Mishv Infotech.
  • Secure server infrastructure with regular security assessments.
  • OTP-based authentication to verify user identity on login.

Please note: No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we take all commercially reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities in accordance with the DPDP Act 2023.

9 Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access – Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to correction – Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Right to erasure – Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Right to withdraw consent – Withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Right to grievance redressal – Raise a grievance with us regarding processing of your personal data.
  • Right to nominate – Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf.

10 Children's Privacy

One Click Garage is a business tool intended solely for use by automobile service centre owners and staff. It is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will:
